John is the International Program Director for the Priority and Workload Curriculum (Essential Management Skills) for Priority Management Systems Inc., a worldwide training organization that teaches people and organizations to become better organized and more effective in their professional and personal lives.

Prior to assuming this role, John has both owned and operated the Priority Management franchise in Upstate New York, and been a Senior Vice President for Priority Management, 1996 - 2003. A gifted presenter, he has received several awards for his speaking and facilitation skills, and has been a featured keynote speaker for several national conferences including: IBM, General Motors, Sprint (Canada), McGraw Hill, Kodak and Xerox.  John's comments have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, INC. Magazine, USA Today and Business Strategies.

Born and raised in the Rochester, New York area, John has also worked in corporate financial and administrative management and as an independent consultant to the trucking industry.

As a Captain in the Marine Corps, he was highly decorated for service in Vietnam. His medals include the Silver Star, the Purple Heart and a Presidential Unit Citation.
