Frequently Asked Questions:
1. WHEN WOULD TRAINER CERTIFICATION BE RIGHT FOR US?
Two fundamental criteria are usually present: firstly, you want access to our intellectual property and our training course materials for wide distribution within your organization. Secondly, you want to deliver the training using your own personnel.
Anticipated high volume of training in one or more of our programs is the most common issue.
2. WHAT'S THE ORGANIZATIONS PROFILE?
Usually a medium to large organization, expecting to train over 200 people per year over a two to three year period. The corporate training organization is dynamic and well respected. The organization is willing to certify three or more trainers and has identified how the Priority courses will fit into training objectives and your curriculum.
3. HOW IS THE TRAINER CERTIFICATION PROCESS STRUCTURED?
For Working Sm@rt With Outook, 2 full days of training at your site, facilitated by the International Program Director for the course is required. For Customer Service a 3-day session is required. Other programs require a customized certification program be developed with each client.
There is a pre-requisite that each participant seeking certification will have attended the course workshop.
A distance learning option may be offered where appropriate.
The certification agenda is to "walk through" each key learning point with emphasis on learning transfer and application within your organization; coaching the trainers on setup, delivery and follow-up; trainer presentations of workshop segments with feedback and coaching on facilitation techniques.
4. WILL WE NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
A contract is necessary in order to protect the Intellectual Property Rights of Priority Management and to protect your rights as a licensee of that property. The contract is an agreement between your organization, the local Priority Office, and Priority Management Systems, Inc.
The contract will also serve as a commitment to purchase a minimum of 200 training kits within the first 12 months of the contract, deliverable in lots of at least 100 units.
5. WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR CERTIFICATION?
Trainer certification costs vary for each program and geographic location. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
WHAT'S YOUR NEXT MOVE?
Contact your local or National Priority Office and discuss the potential success of this process for your organization and the opportunities it may present.
