CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS


1. Cancellations will be accepted without charge where Priority Management - Brisbane is notified in writing at least seven days prior to the scheduled commencement date.

2. One transfer will be accepted without charge where it has been notified in writing at least seven days prior to the scheduled commencement date, all subsequent transfers will attract an administration charge of $50.00.

3. Transfers or Cancellations within seven days of the scheduled date will attract a 50% cancellation fee and then either a refund of the balance of the monies or a credit for this amount transfer to a course of your choice.

4. Cancellations or Transfers within two days of the scheduled date of the course attracts a full fee.

5. Non-attendance on the day attracts a full fee.

6. Substitute delegates are accepted at any stage and it is recognised that extenuating circumstances do sometimes apply and we are more than happy to discuss these.
