Make collaborating with your team as easy as 1-2-3

The key to success lies in the ability for teams to work together without the constraint of being together. Whether the challenge is virtual, where geography is the issue or the reality of team schedules not lining up.

A&I

Putting the Plan into Action

Application & Implementation Logo

This half-day session includes a facilitated discussion on the skills learned during the training, and team decision-making on how those skills will be applied to create a shared common process.

Those decisions will be recorded, and Priority Management will create a protocol document (A Playbook) that will be provided to the team as a reference guide to ensure sustainable behavioural change, maximizing productivity and efficiency, and as a handy onboarding tool for new team members. If this session is completed prior to the participants’ coaching sessions, we can coach to your custom Playbook to ensure consistency across the team.

  • Define the major objectives coming out of the WorkingSm@rt program

  • Mind map all the functionality the team needs to meet the daily and project objectives.

  • Review initial draft and adjust to create a finalized document.

  • Establish order and timeframe with the client to put in place the standards, expectations, and protocols.
