LEADERSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Intentional Leader:
Growing Capability, Driving Results

Leadership is a choice. Make it intentional.

What is The Intentional Leader program?

The Intentional Leader workshop equips leaders with practical tools to lead with greater purpose, clarity and impact.

Across eight interactive units, participants explore how purpose, values, goals, focus, priorities, measurement, performance and influence come together to drive better leadership outcomes.

This isn’t leadership theory. It’s about turning insight into action and helping leaders make more deliberate decisions about where they focus, how they lead and the impact they create.

Lead intentionally. Influence positively. Deliver results.

Are your leaders equipped to set clear goals, manage priorities, influence others, measure results, and drive continuous improvement?

Lead with Greater Purpose and Impact

Who is Intentional Leaders for?

This program is designed for:

  • Professionals with current or anticipated leadership responsibilities.

  • Individuals who need to lead and influence others as part of their role.

  • Managers who want to improve their effectiveness and deliver stronger results.

  • Leaders who work with internal or external clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Organizations looking to strengthen leadership capability, accountability and performance.

The program is particularly valuable for people who want to move beyond managing day-to-day responsibilities and become more intentional about how they set direction, allocate resources and achieve results through others.

Leadership Starts with Intentionality

Leadership is not simply about doing more. It is about being clear on what matters, making deliberate choices and directing your efforts towards the results that count.

Intentional leaders learn to move from:

  • Activity → Impact

    • Focus on the outcomes that matter, not simply the tasks that keep you busy.

  • Purpose → Execution

    • Translate values and goals into clear actions and consistent follow-through.

  • Limited Resources → Greater Value

    • Direct time, energy, attention and talent towards the highest-value priorities.

  • Measuring Activity → Measuring Results

    • Understand whether your efforts are making a meaningful difference.

  • Managing Performance → Owning Results

    • Take responsibility for outcomes, learn from experience and identify the next steps.

Intentional Leaders helps participants develop the clarity, discipline and practical habits to lead with purpose and turn their intentions into measurable progress.
